Coat Condition

As all dog's vary in coat and size please contact me for a Quote for your dog.

Please note that if your dog is seriously matted I will charge extra. This is to cover the extra time it will take to groom your dog and also to cover costs for the extra wear and tear on my equipment.

Cancellations

Unfortunately due to a recent high number of no shows there is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy in place. There may be a charge of 50% of the Full Groom if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. This is solely to cover loss of earnings. I am sure you will understand as a small business if I have a no show it directly affects my livelihood. Thank you for your cooperation.

Dogs in Season
Please let me know if your dog is in season. I cannot accept bitches that are in heat as it is too stressful for intact males that are due to come in. I apologise for any inconvienence.
